Our Team

The Firm is well supported by its team which is strong not only by its size but in terms of knowledge base too. We have a team size of 20 individuals including partners. The team is well managed by 6 managers who are invariably qualified company secretaries other than the partners.

Biswajit Ghosh

A Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduate, has extensive experience in handling Corporate law and FEMA Compliances, advising corporates on timely and prompt compliances, while assisting in setting up best compliances practices. Biswajit also represents corporates before quasi judiciary authorities like NCLT, RD etc. Before getting into the corporate world he served Indian Air Force for a decade.

Pramod S M

A Law graduate and a Fellow Company Secretary, comes with vast experience in handling compliances of listed companies, and in advising on Mergers and Amalgamations, appearing before the NCLT on various matters and other corporate law matters. Pramod, past Chairman of ICSI Bangalore Chapter, has been responsible for devising continual learning opportunities, catering to constantly enriching knowledge base & skill sets of professionals. He is also an Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
